Pranayama Yoga Science
Pranayama is a Sanskrit word meaning “restraint of the prana or breath”. The word is composed of two Sanskrit words, Prana, life force, or vital energy, particularly, the breath, and “prana”, to suspend or restrain. It is often translated as control of the life force or prana. When used as a technical term in yoga, it is often translated more specifically as “breath control”.
How to combine the science of Pranayama Yoga with sacred geometry to reach an expanded awareness?
Brahma and other Devas were always engaged in the exercise of Pranayama, and, by means of it, got rid of the fear for death. Therefore, one should practise Pranayama regularly. Hatha Yoga Pradipika 39.
Who are Brahma and other Devas?
Specific sacred geometry shapes! 99% percent of the Pranayama yoga practitioners are applying the techniques based on air instead of cosmic prana. And for this reason the key to opening the door to extremely powerfull pranayama techniques remains closed. They litterly read the text and instructions while the Ancient texts contain a hidden secret level of understanding. As such the nostrils have been interpreted as the nose nostrils.
Combine the Pranayama Yoga instructions with the Ancient Flower of Life know-how and apply them correctly. The nostrils to breath through are the north and south poles of the shapes.
